Anaesthetic Management of Patient with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Scheduled for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

چکیده
The multiple anaesthetic concerns in a patient with Limb-Girdle muscular dystrophy make the management of difficult. It can be safely managed adequate pre-operative assessment and careful choice agents. Our case was general anaesthesia using short-acting opioid, total Intravenous propofol dexmedetomidine avoiding muscle relaxant.
